Vada A. Newman is a Nashville native who graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State University in 2020. In 2023, Vada earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2023 with a concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. During law school, Vada was a student member of the Hamilton Burnett American Inn of Court and served as the symposium editor for the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice.
Since earning her law degree, Vada joined the Law Offices of John Day P.C. where she works to zealously advocate for her clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases across the state. Vada helps her clients pick up the pieces by researching and analyzing complex legal issues, developing strategies to achieve successful outcomes, and by representing her clients in negotiations with insurance companies, in contested court hearings, in depositions, and all other aspects of civil litigation.
Vada is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, the Nashville Bar Association, and the Lawyers’ Association for Women.
When she is not practicing the law, Vada spends her cooking, practicing yoga, and taking care of her two cats.
