Patrick graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 2017 before moving to Nashville to attend law school at Belmont University College of Law where he earned his law degree in 2020. During law school, Patrick was an Editor for the Belmont Criminal Law Journal and earned Dean’s List distinctions for his academic achievements.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of John Day in 2024, Patrick served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Fifth Circuit Court for Davidson County in downtown Nashville. In that role, Patrick analyzed contested legal issues in a wide variety of personal injury lawsuits and gained valuable knowledge of the judicial decision-making process. Patrick also experienced several high-stakes jury trials and witnessed how skilled attorneys achieve the best results for their clients in court. Patrick now utilizes these skills to provide thorough and effective representation to his clients and advise them of what to expect in all stages of the litigation process.
When Patrick is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter. He is also a musician and loves taking advantage of the incredible live music scene that Nashville has to offer.
