Originally from Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Thomas joined the Law Offices of John Day in 2022 after previously practicing personal injury law in St. Louis, Missouri.
Thomas graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2017, where he was one of the leading members of the Saint Louis University trial team. He earned the Academic Excellence Award for psychology of civil trials and was accepted into the Theodore McMillan Inns of Court. Thomas also was a research fellow for Professor John Amman, advocating to protect the fundamental right to vote on behalf of the visually impaired and physically disabled.
Prior to obtaining his law degree, Thomas completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri-St. Louis where he was a collegiate athlete and a member of the men’s soccer team.
Thomas has dedicated his career to representing injured individuals inside and outside of the courtroom. He currently serves as an executive board member at MindsEye Radio to build a more inclusive community by translating vision into audio for blind or visually impaired people.
Thomas has been recognized by his peers by being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Thomas is a member of the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and Missouri.
