COVID-19 Update: How We Are Serving and Protecting Our Clients
Thank you so much for your interest in our law firm. We hope this email finds you, your family, and your co-workers safe and healthy. During this difficult time, we wanted to update you on our response to COVID-19.
Are you open?Yes, we are open and back in the office at reduced capacity. We are rotating work-from-home and work-at-the-office days amongst our employees to limit the number of people in the office each day. Fortunately, our case management system allows us to access case data and documents remotely, enabling us to continue to serve our clients from anywhere. Likewise, we offer clients the ability to have settlement proceeds deposited into their checking or savings accounts, thus increasing convenience and eliminating the need for personal contact. In short, rest assured, we have been and continue to be here for injury victims and our existing clients.
How can I communicate with you during this time?All forms of communication are open. Margaret Stephens, our dynamite receptionist, is still fielding calls. Our lawyers are available via phone, text and email. And, we have a Zoom account and a dedicated video conferencing room so we can video conference with you anytime.
Are you accepting new clients?Yes. Our intake system also allows our intake staff to work remotely, and permits our clients to sign agreements and other documents electronically. How do I get updates about my case?Our lawyers are available just as they were before the COVID 19 outbreak.
The Tennessee Supreme Court has now resumed most court functions. However, there is a back-log that will take some time to work through.
