To make matters worse, you are out of work because of your injuries, and the mortgage payment and other bills are due. The at-fault parties insurance companies or lawyers are calling you, pressuring you to sign a release, and take some quick money. And, you just want to get your life back to normal and you certainly do not want to deal with the demands of making a claim.
