Serious accidents usually have serious physical, emotional and financial results. The accident has left you with physical injuries that prevent you from returning to work. Medical bills are piling up along with your rent or mortgage and regular household bills. You are going to need more medical care in the future. Surgeries have left your scarred and with permanent impairments. You no longer get to do the things that used to bring you joy -- whether it was bowling, riding bikes or just playing with your children. You do not know if you will ever physically be able to do your old job. You are worried about your recovery and the future of your family. We understand your situation because we have helped countless others in the same position.
Will I Have To Go To Court?
Our team handles each case aggressively and diligently with one goal in mind: getting you the maximum recovery possible in the shortest time possible. However, sometimes the responsible party or the insurance company claims they did not do anything wrong or they claim you are not seriously injured.
